The methods I specialise in are individual micro rings , fusion bonding and Invisitapes. All methods are completely safe and cause zero damage to the natural hair when the correct aftercare is followed.

Each method requires a maintenance appointment every 6-8 weeks where each extension is removed one at a time, then the natural hair is brushed thoroughly before the extensions are reapplied.
